The story points out that the monster leant how to read, became self-aware, and discovered its hideous physical state. In addition, the source explains that, during its stay, the monster discovered a shoulder bag of lost books, which it used to teach itself how to read. It also stood by the pool where it found out that its physical appearance was different from that of humans (37). Financial statement analysis is done by horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, and ratio analysis. â€Å"Horizontal analysis, also known as trend analysis, is a technique for evaluating a series of financial statement data over a period of time (Kimmel, Weygandt, and Keiso p. 54). If Ventura Electronics is interested in determining any increase or decrease in, for example, net sales (as an amount or percentage) than horizontal analysis are appropriate. Vertical analysis analyzes more specific data on the financial statement. â€Å"Vertical analysis, also called common-size analysis, is a technique for evaluating financial statement data that expresses each item in a financial statement as a percen t of a base amount†(Kimmel, Weygandt, and Keiso p. 656). Ventura Electronics can not only analyze the relative size of each category on the financial statement, but can also see the percentage change in the individual asset, liability, and stockholders’ equity. Ventura Electronic can also use this analysis when comparing its financial statements to the competition. The last tool commonly used for financial statement analysis is ratio analysis. These ratios are useful in evaluating the financial health and performance of a company. In ratio analysis we use three different ratios; liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, and profitability ratios. Liquidity ratios are important because it evaluates the short-term ability of a business to pay their obligations as well as meet their unexpected cash flow needs. When Ventura Electronics wants to measure the ability of the company to survive over a long period of time then solvency ratios are appropriate. Profitability ratios evaluate the income of the business or their operating success over a given period of time. Ventura Electronics would find this ratio very important in analyzing the company’s income and to evaluate the ability for the business to obtain debt and equity financing, its liquidity position, and its ability to grow. As CEO, this ratio would be useful when determining the managements operating effectiveness. It is very important for Ventura Electronics to provide â€Å"full and transparent information that will not confuse or mislead users of the financial statements† (Kimmel, Weygandt, and Keiso p. 61) this is called quality of earnings. When Ventura Electronics performs a financial statement analysis to evaluate the financial performance of the company using the methods above, it is important to maintain a high quality of earnings. Factors that affect quality of earnings are; alternative accounting methods, pro forma income, improper recognition, and price-earnings ratio. Though financial statement analysis is important for Ventura Electronics, it also has its limitations  The limitation of financial statement analysis occurs with ratio analysis. Though this analysis is very useful to the company in analyzing internal factors, Ventura Electronics cannot compare ratios to their competitors accurately. Differences in accounting methods limit ratio analysis in comparing companies. As the CEO you understand the importance of knowing where the company stands as compared to its competitors. Ratio analysis also limits Ventura Electronics to analyze the definite future of the organization. They do not account for industry trends, technological changes, changes in consumer tastes, changes in broad economic factors, and changes within the firm itself. Though ratio analysis has its limitations; horizontal and vertical analysis makes up for these limitations. So as you can see, if the methods for financial statement analysis listed above are used, Ventura Electronics can receive a great knowledge and insight into how successful the company is and could be and make proper decisions based off these evaluations.

I flipped back and noticed it had no flashy bright colors, no bold and edgy letters, or even a half-naked lady on it. The advertisement does not even seem to pitch a specific product or event, just the general name of a company, ERNIE BALL. Any guitar player, novice or expert, would immediately know precisely that the company ERNIE BALL specializes in producing guitar strings. The unpretentious manifestation of the ad creates a visual hook for the audience and the dexterous arrangement is quite witty. The background of the advertisement is extremely plain: it is a charcoal colored backdrop. The focus of the ad is what appear to be hands obviously exhibiting sign language. The hands look as though they have been illustrated upon the blackboard of my fifth grade classroom and portray simple hand signals to emphasize the austere setting of this situation. Interconnecting the hands are uncomplicated mathematical symbols. The symbols indicate that the first hand signal plus the second hand gesture equal the third one. To begin this complete sentence the first hand gesture is that of a closed fist, which makes one wonder the possibly of this advertisement pertaining to black power. The thing is, you expect a series of three to logically connect a pattern; but when the pattern is disconnected, it's funny. Yes, that's a real word you're probably laughing at right now. Cacophony is the words that sound funny because of harsh sounds that letters like K, G, D, B, P, and T make.  Think of words like cucumber, cupcake, car keys, hippopotamus and  the like. When you combine cacophony with alliteration, you can wreak havoc on the funny bone, as Julie says. Whip out Evernote and create a word bank  for the cacophonous words in your industry to use in your future social shares. Make your own comics. Julie suggests creating comics by drawing them yourself (if you're awesome enough to have at least some degree of drawing ability). You could also use  ToonDoo, MakeBeliefsComix, or tools from this article by Mashable  to make your own comics. Use GIFs.  GIFs are funny. And, they definitely drive traffic as we found from a recent case study at . Social messages with GIFs get  22% more engagement than messages with images.  And GIF messages get 167% more clickthroughs than messages with just images. Wowza. Are you using #humor in your social posts like you should be? #blogging #socialmediaFor example, if I wanted to complement this post with a GIF in a social message, I would use a GIF website like Giphy or Popkey to find something silly  that relates to the  actual message I'd like to share. Ah, the classic question your readers ask themselves to justify how worthy your content is of their time. Show the benefits your social followers will experience if they simply click through to read your content. These are some of the oldie-but-goodie types of messages: Quote Chances are, you did a lot of research before you started writing your blog post that you're promoting with your social media posting schedule. So pull a quote from an influencer you referenced, and use it as inspiration for a social media message. Complement the quote with the reason why  your followers should click through to read your content. I guess that's also known as a call to action. Peter Drucker said, What gets measured gets managed. Remember, your social media followers are selfish (not in a bad way). They just care about themselves a lot more than anyone else, and they click through to read content because of an emotional need to improve themselves. This will help you share your content more often to get more traffic, but all within the generally acceptable standards for each network. How To Share A New Blog Post For An Entire Month Without Annoying Your Followers #SMMStep 3: Know How Often To Post On Social Media Every Day This is actually one of the most popular user questions we hear: How often to post on social media per  day for each social account? As with a lot of topics surrounding your social media posting schedule, there is a bunch of data  to sift through to truly find the perfect amount: How Often To Post On Social Media According To Buffer Buffer came up with a fantastic set of guidelines, based on research and collecting data from others, on how often to post to specific social accounts. Schedule 3 tweets a day: Using data provided by Social Bakers, Buffer suggests that your engagement will drop a bit after your third tweet. However, you can see there is some extreme leeway in those numbers, with other data suggesting you could post up to 30 times a day and still have a positive impact on engagement. Schedule 2 Facebook posts a day: After about two Facebook posts each day, your likes and comments start to drop off a bit. This rounds out your weekly tally to about 10  a week, which is a sweet spot. Remember that uniqueness matters; you can share the same piece of content, but consider the copy and imagery that goes with it. You don’t want to be sharing the same exact thing constantly, unless you’re doing so because you're focusing on hitting different time zones with your content. Hubspot’s recent research into Facebook echoes this idea that flooding Facebook with posts is less successful; you’re better off creating truly unique and amazing social posts than getting wrapped up in quantity. Good thing you just learned how to do that. ;) Schedule 1 LinkedIn post a day: Using LinkedIn’s own guide- which suggests sharing 20 times a month will reach 60% of your audience- Buffer broke it down into sharing a single post a day on the network. With such singular focus, make that post count. Spend some significant time on the copy and imagery since you'll have fewer posts on your total LinkedIn profile with this recipe. Schedule 3  Google+ posts: Averaging out two separate data sources, Buffer suggests posting no more than three times each day to the Google+ network. Of course, they also noted that regular Google+ users noticed significant traffic drops (50% or more) when posting dwindled, so look at the three-post suggestion as a guide for typical users. Heavier users of Google+ may want to consider a higher amount. Share  5 Pins a day:  Buffer discovered that brands were finding some serious success with Pinterest with a fairly heavy amount of posting (between three to ten posts per day). Five posts a day is a lot, particularly if you don’t have a lot of content to work with just yet. But definitely no less than three posts a day if possible. Share 1.5 times to Instagram: How do you post half a post? It’s like reading demographics about 1.2 people- seems messy. Again, this is a composite amount Buffer has come up with based on available data. If you can make your posts unique, high quality, and valuable, you can get away with posting as much as you want without penalty. But you should at least post 1.5 (OK, two) times a day on Instagram. How Often Should You Post To #SocialMedia?How Often To Post On Social Media According To  Constant Contact Email newsletter provider Constant Contact also did some research and came up with their own recipe for daily social sharing. It’s not identical to Buffer’s approach, but you may spot some similarities. This recipe is calculated on a weekly basis instead of daily. Schedule 35 tweets a week: Constant Contact describes Twitter as a â€Å"high volume low-value network† meaning you can post a lot, and have to, because the firehose is always on. They suggest a minimum of five posts a day, which comes out to 35 posts a week (I counted weekends and used a seven-day week, since Twitter is active outside the work week, too). There is no maximum in this recipe. Schedule 3 Facebook posts a week: Constant Contact describes Facebook as a â€Å"low volume high-value network† meaning that posting too much is a bad idea. They suggest a minimum of three times a week, and a maximum of ten times a week. Quality social posts is the key here. Schedule 2 LinkedIn posts a week: Similar to the volume/value of Facebook, this recipe calls for a minimum of two posts a week, with a maximum of five times a week. Most LinkedIn users are professionals, so maximize the work week when you schedule. Schedule 3 Google+ posts a week: Similar to Facebook, in terms of how the network operates, Constant Contact recommends a similar approach. Post a minimum of three times a week, and no more than 10 a week. Share 35 Pins a week: Constant Contact calls Pinterest a â€Å"high volume high value† network. Post lots and get lots. They suggest a minimum of five times a day (35 times a week, including weekends) and a maximum of ten times a day (70 times a week). These recipes may or may not be to your liking based on how well your followers engage with it combined with  how well you can keep up these frequencies and still create great social posts. There is no gold standard. To top it off,  Hubspot did some interesting research looking at social posts based on industry, and found out that not every industry (i.e. type of audience) was looking for the same thing. Some industries required fairly high posting frequencies (e.g. marketing) while others were less so (e.g. business and financial services). So What Really  Is The Best Number For How Often To Post To Social Media For Every Network? We took a look at tons of different research from lots of different sources on how often to post on social media, and guess what? Their advice varied, and sometimes very significantly: DowSocial Nulou Localvox Buffer Quick Sprout HubSpot Mari Smith Michelle MacPhearson Ahalogy Constant Contact But. We punched the numbers  on  all of their suggestions- minimum and maximum social media posting frequencies- to come up with solid numbers you can start with, then test your own results to adapt for your audience. This formula  is based purely on data from experts and may serve well as a starting point for  building your audience on the specific networks: Twitter: 15 tweets per day Facebook: 1 post per day, 2 posts per day if your audience is more than 10,000 friends LinkedIn: 4 posts a week, nearly 1 every weekday Google+: 2 posts every weekday Pinterest: 9 Pins every day Note: Some sources said there was no daily maximum posting frequency for Twitter. I  called shenanigans on that (because what if someone posted 300 or heck, 1,000 times a day?!) and set the maximum to 51 Tweets per  day, a posting frequency  we've seen Jeff Bullas use to share his content on Twitter (which doesn't include replies). Now,  you've learned a lot. The big takeaway is this: You can fill up  your posting schedule- and share the optimal amount of messages every day- by sharing your older content. Step 4: Set Up A New Social Media Posting Schedule For Your Most Successful Older Blog Posts You can get more traffic from your posting schedule by sharing  a few more messages every day. Even though you've added lots of variety to the messages you write, it's also helpful to share a wide range of content that will make your  networks' news feeds look diverse, too. Plan To Share Your Best-Performing Recent Content Social shares  are like upvotes for your content- they help you understand which blog posts your audience finds so helpful, entertaining, or interesting that they want to share them with their own followers. You can use that information to help you decide which blog posts to continue sharing after your initial posting schedule for new content runs out of messages. Here's a simple data-driven process to help you know which blog posts to share again: Look at your last two month's worth of blog posts. Collect the shares information from your  social media editorial calendar using Social Analytics:From there, find the average shares a typical post gets by using this simple formula:  sum of all blog post shares à · number of blog posts in your sample = average number of shares per blog post. Now, when a blog post runs through its original social media posting schedule, simply look at the number of shares it received. If it got more than your average blog post, schedule more social shares for that blog post. For example, if I used the formula and found that an average post gets 250 social shares, then I'd  reshare content that got more than the average of 250 shares. This is an example of a good posting schedule you could follow with your own older content: This is the same process the team at uses to strategically choose which content our audience (that would be you)  likes the most so we continue to share only the best stuff that you find extremely valuable. You can do it, too, and you'll see growth in followers and more traffic to your blog content. Share Even Older Stuff That's Still Awesome Still, you might have other evergreen blog posts that just keep bringing in the traffic when you share them.  Share those again to fill up your daily maximum social sharing frequency. Here's how to find the content your followers would love to see again: Look at your  most-shared blog posts using the top posts feature in . From there, you can easily see which content of yours is most popular and quickly schedule a new posting schedule for these blog posts. You can also look at your Google Analytics to see  which posts are getting the most page views and sessions. From there, you know which blog posts are naturally bringing in traffic back to your blog, so it just makes sense to share those posts again with a new posting schedule. To make this process really efficient, block off time on your to-do list to find multiple old blog posts to schedule your shares at once. That doesn't mean you'll share all of the messages right now or at the exact same time. Rather, it means  that you'll dedicate time once to schedule  several days worth of social shares so you can set it and forget it. I was always taught, â€Å"Never use a preposition to end a sentence.† For example, â€Å"I want to go with† should be â€Å"I also want to go,† or â€Å"Use the dustbin to throw the rubbish in† should be â€Å"Throw the rubbish in the dustbin.† Yet you have done so with the word out in the sentence â€Å"California gave a record $100 million loan to bail schools out.† Is it OK to end sentences with prepositions? The admonition to never end a sentence with a proposition has no valid grammatical basis: For example, â€Å"She was the one he wanted to go out with† is correct. (Here is one of several DailyWritingTips.com posts on the topic.) Earlier placement of a preposition in a sentence makes the sentence sound more formal, but efforts to consistently do so sometimes result in awkwardly stiff syntax, as in â€Å"She was the one out with which he wanted to go.† (However, â€Å"I want to go with† is a different matter; as a truncated version of â€Å"I want to go with you,† it’s colloquial and not suited for formal writing.) 2. I am reading a very well-written book, but I’ve run across an expression that grates: The author wrote at least twice of â€Å"a couple weeks† or â€Å"a couple trees† (or whatever), where I have always said â€Å"a couple of.† I can’t figure out which expression is the correct one. Have you covered this, or can you advise me? California Essay A couple of centuries ago California was distant wasteland with vast deserts and a long sandy coast, it seem unsuitable for living. Today it is a cultural hub of the United States and all its success can be attributed to the ethnic minorities that broke ground in California despite discrimination, violence, and imprisonment. California is unique in that it is one of the few place where industry (mining and lumber) came before agricultural. While the force which brought people to California was the Gold Rush in 1849, it was the lush fertile soil and moderate temperatures which kept people here. African Americans (Frankel 227 -240) In 1849 California was made a state. It was considered a free state which meant that slavery was prohibited. However, there were several â€Å"strings†, which effected African American civil rights, that went along with the title free state. After California became a state, one of the first actions by the state legislature was to deny black citizens the right to vote. Additionally they could not testify against a white person, they could not be formally educated, and they could not own land. Californias African American population was very politically active and held several meetings in the north in hopes of stimulating political change and freedom for black people in the state (1855-1865). The state of California also had a fugitive slave law. Which required slaves that were in California illegally to be given back to their owners. African Americans in the years leading up to the World War II were extremely active in the advance of mining, lumber, and agriculture. Black populations could be found everywhere in minor territory and many of the areas were named â€Å"Negro Bar, Negro Flat, and Nigger Ravin. these were obvious reminders of how their presence in these areas were not welcomed. This is a time in which African Americans had to use not just physical strength but intellect to protect what was rightfully theirs. Remember, African Americans could not testify in court. This means that if any white man should do them hard or steal from them, there was nothing that would be done. In many mines, blacks and whites, worked side by side. Many black men even owned their own mines that were extremely successful. Farming was the basis of Californias economy. When white Americans came to California and set up their experimental farms they targeted southern blacks for employment. They were a source of low waged labor and therefore African Americans were among the first farmers to work with the crops which have made California unique. In 1905 cotton fields were introduced to California. Blacks and Mexican immigrants exclusively worked these fields in Imperial County. The majority of these blacks had come from southern states and were not surprised by the racism that was presence in California. African Americans had to compete for jobs with Mexican immigrants. However, seasonal crop jobs were only a resting point for African American workers who wanted more. These contract jobs were only a means to help African American families move and establish themselves in California. Soon blacks moved forward becoming entrepreneurs, skilled workers, and farm owners. Black people opened business in towns that were flooded because of the gold rush. San Francisco was the hub of most African American businesses. These business flourished until the mining towns closed down and these areas where flooded with the white population who felt superior and opened competitive businesses. White patrons of black owned stores were force through societal rules to switch to white stores. Again, African Americans were told to go back to service oriented jobs. Systematic racism was back in full form by 1920s, restricting African Americans to specific living and working districts. However it is important to point out there African Americans migrated to California and settled areas which were deemed unsuitable for life. Once they prospered the whites would move in and push out the blacks. Based on this cyclic approach to development and grow California was created on the backs of talented and industrious black people who carved life into the deserts and wastelands that California originally was. Native Americans (Trafzer and Hyer 80- 91) In 1848 California became an official territory of the United States. Soon after gold was found and people from across the country came to California to become rich and have a better life. Most whites viewed Native Americans as a nuisance and on top of that as cheap labor they could exploit for their own gains. There was also a law against Native Americans testifying against whites. Between the years 1850 and 1863 could lend out â€Å"indians† who had been arrested. Essentially Native Americans were imprisoned and then used for free labor just like a slave. Ironic in that California was supposed to be a free state. Children were also kidnapped for labor because they were much easier to manipulate then adults. During 1850 through 1887 Indian Reservations were set up for the first time. The agreement that the Native Americans had with the government was they were allowed 7. million acres of land in California but just under 500k were given over to the Native Americans. Much of the reservations were infertile land that could not be farmed. It was not until after 1905 that Native Americans, specifically the next generation, wanted to take an active role in the decisions that effected them. Lost treaties were discovered which allowed Native Americans to claim land and rights that was theirs. These included the right to education, and citizenship. However, the United States government believed that because the Native Americans had not acted quickly enough those conditions were null and void. Essential the government said it was the Native Americans fault for not being pro-active when the treaties were originally drawn up (Heizer 232). It was the force labor or slavery of Native Americans which began Californias semi-feudal economy. Chinese Americans (Wyatt 50-100) The Chinese Americans living in California today have a long history of being residents of California. Some of them are from sixth generation Chinese Americans. Despite racial violent, restrictive legislation and almost no advancement opportunities, Chinese Americans have no just flourished but found a place in the California social landscape. Chinese immigrants came from China and move into San Francisco. There was a great deal of confusion over if Chinese immigrants could become citizens – some where allowed and some werent. Chinese immigrants who were not allowed to become citizens had no rights and therefore could not stake a claim during the Gold Rush. Many of the Chinese people reworked old mines because they could not have their own. In additional there was also a fee of $20 that foreign miners had to pay if they wanted to work a mine. The Chinese too were greeted with violet discrimination. In 1856, a group of white miners raced into the a Chinese American mining community destroying property and killing miners. Despite the violence and the inability to mine gold successfully, Chinese immigrants from work elsewhere – merchants, laborers, and laundrymen. Fishing was one of the industries which Chinese Americans helped promote. Early on there was almost no demand for shrimp in the states much of it was frozen and sent back to China. Soon there was a demand for shrimp in California and Chinese immigrants were pressured by the white competition to buy licenses, make Chinese techniques illegal, and several other things. Making it virtually impossible for Chinese fishermen to make a living fishing, while white fishermen thrived. Chinese immigrants were also the main workers in canneries. They open up and worked in the states first cigar shops and factories. Chinese Americans were also responsible for starting up the first wineries in California, and had the skills for growing and processing delicate crops like wheat, hops, apples, grapes, and pears. The Chinese also worked on the roads throughout California as well as the Central Pacific Railroad. There were several forms of legislation which subordinated the efforts of Chinese Americans in making new lives in California. On top of that the depression that occurred in 1870, was said to be caused directly from the cheap labor of Chinese workers. Following the depression there were several instances of racial violence which lead up to the anti-Chinese movement. This was done in attempt to squeeze Chinese run laundries out of business. It is clear that Chinese Americans played an important role in the growth of Californias economy and are responsible for the birth of the orange and grape crops that make California grape country . Japanese Americans (Chapman 31-42) The history of Japanese Americans in California and what they have contributed to Californias economy is often biased focusing heavily on the vast discrimination they suffered at the hands of the white majority. While their victimization is important it not more important then their vital contributions. Much of their reaction to the various forms of discrimination too the form of strikes, protests, and the constant fight against adversity to become successful in America. Japanese Americans were responsible for the establishment of the flower industry in California. They own, worked at, and grow almost all the flowers and plants sold in California in the late 1800s and early 1900s. They established still existed organizations including the Southern California Flower Market, the California Flower Market, Luck Produce, and the City Market in Los Angeles. Several Japanese business cater to agricultural workers supplying food, lodging, and general merchandise stores. They also helped the agricultural economy of California grow including grapes, fruit trees, strawberries, and several different strains of rice. Japanese Americans not only grew but also prepared and shipped produce across the state. It is clear that Japanese Americans were instrumental in pushing California semi feudal economy into the modern day capitalistic economy of California. Filipinos (Fehrenbacher 160 – 165) The history of Filipinos in California truly begins in 1848 when California annexed. During this time Filipinos found works as general laborers who were paid an extremely low wage. Often workers would have to travel farm to farm, as seasonal work came and went. Many Filipinos moved into larger cities in California but found little work because they were only skilled in agriculture. Due to discrimination and no education , Filipinos were pushed out of their unskilled labor jobs by the influx of immigrants from the Dust Bowl. This is one of the few instances were a ethnic group saw downward mobility in terms of work and then lifestyle. Filipinos have a rich history of being hat makers and tailors but in the hostile white dominating environment of late 1880s California, they existed no longer. Most Filipinos could only find work as ranch hands who were supervised by whites. While Filipinos males struggled in the economy of California, females flourished and were hired as domestics, farm laborers, laundresses, and cannery workers. As the job market for every ethnic group became smaller the white attitude toward Mexicans changed. Previously, Filipinos had been welcomed into the agricultural market as important components and contributors. But soon Mexicans were seem and treated like excess labor. Again Californias agricultural industry was built on the backs of these immigrants and when there was no more work for them, they were cast aside and considered (and it seems still considered economic liabilities).

There is a gap between the potential of the tourism industry and the success achieved till now. Through this study we would try to find out the steps which can be taken to curb the shortages faced by this industry. Industry Contribution Due to booming industries like IT and outsourcing industry, a growing number of business trips are made by foreigners to India, tourists spend more in India than almost any other country across the globe. The Tourism Ministry has also played an important role in the development of the industry; advertising campaigns such as the Incredible India campaigns have promoted Indias culture and have attracted tourists in a tremendous way. Increased tourism in India has created numerous jobs in a variety of related sectors both directly and indirectly. Almost 20 million people are now working in the Indias tourism industry. Indias governmental bodies have also made a considerable impact in tourism by making it mandatory that each and every state of India have to administer support issues related to tourism. A new growth sector is medical tourism. It is currently growing at around 30% per annum. Medical tourist arrivals are expected to reach one million soon. The tourism industry of India is b ased on certain core nationalistic ideals and standards which are: Swaagat or welcome, Sahyog or cooperation, Soochanaa or information, Sanrachanaa or infrastructure, Suvidha or facilitation, Safaai or cleanliness and Surakshaa or security as mentioned by World travel $ Tourism Council, India Initiative. The landscape of India is a natural attraction for tourists and a rich tapestry of cultural heritage is woven into a wide range of tourism products. There is a phenomenal explosion of domestic tourism which is fueling the industrys revival. India has a wide population of educated, hospitable people who have the moral strength and desire to welcome tourists. The hospitality industry is also booming with an increasing number of hotels being opened in various regions across India. This will in turn help in job creation and in driving the economic growth. Major brands such Emaar Group, Kingdom Hotel Investments; and international fund companies such as Blackstone, Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch among others have solidified their interest in the Indian hotel sector. Specific, targeted efforts are being made to develop tourism in India in terms of media campaigns. For example, the Incredible India campaign has had a very strong impact on tourist arrivals. Results and Discussions We conducted the survey among diverse demographics to analyze the current situation of tourism industry of India. After collecting data, we first performed the factor analysis on the data. From factor analysis we got five different factors on which we performed multiple linear regression (MLR) to get the refined results.
